When we decided to consider buying some rental property in Myrtle Beach, Tiffany was referred to us by an agent we had worked with in another state where we used to live. We feel very fortunate that occurred; as she is wonderful, skillful, and very friendly agent.She was a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job of 1st giving us a thorough overview of the current market conditions, then helpful suggestions on places to consider, and then options for managing the rentals. Tiffany and Frank Hereda helped me purchase at the beach some years ago. So when it came time for help from a realtor, I called them again.Tiffany immediately came to our condo, assessed the situation and gave advice on selling our home. We have worked with many realtors over the years but have never had any who were as responsive as Tiffany and Frank . They answered every phone call, question or concern in a timely manner- often within minutes of the call. They are knowledgeable of the local real estate market . Their advice was invaluable to the sale of our condo. Tiffany did an outstanding job marketing our unit and her negotiation skills had our condo sold well above the listing price within 8 hours of listed for sale. She is truly remarkable in knowledge of the process and getting real estate SOLD. I will certainly use them again if ever I need a realtor in the Myrtle Beach area.
